libsys-gamin-perl software package provides Perl interface to Gamin (File Access Monitor implementation), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsys-gamin-perl
libsys-gamin-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsys-gamin-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsys-gamin-perl *
You will get with libsys-gamin-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
